
Weekends Our 2 and 3 day programs are designed to immerse participants in the fundamentals of rowing. Our elite coaches make the experience invaluable to the experienced sculler. The flexible curriculum geared to the skill of the participant, ensures an enriching weekend for those trying rowing for the first time. During the 3 day program, yoga and core strength is also incorporated.

Week days
During the week we offer both private and semi- private lessons with one of our elite coaches, former Canadian National Team members. These sessions focus on the particular concerns of the athlete; technique, race preparation, maximizing training.
Each lesson includes a 90 minute on water session, video analysis and focus for at-home training. Training programs and video follow up is also available.

Adult Summer Sculling Group
For those interested in an ongoing program, try the summer sculling group. We offer a 4 week program on Monday and Wednesday evenings, running June, July and August. The first session is June 7th - 30th, the second July 5th- 28th and the third, August 2nd- 25th. This group is coached by PanAm Games medalist, and World Championship finalist, Amber Cuthbertson. School equipment is available.
Youth Sculling Group On Tuesday and Thursday evenings during June (1-24), July (6-29) and August (3-26) we are running a sculling group for teens. The June session is intended for those with previous sculling experience. In July and August there will be two groups, one specifically for novices. The groups are small, with lots of great coaching.
